• mines natural mineral sylvinite to produce potash salts as well as carnallite to produce titanium and magnesium,
• consists of 3 divisions (3 mines and 3 processing plants),
• potash production capacity totals 3 million t K2O or about 5 million t KCl,
• is implementing the programme "Plus million" to achieve stable potash output of 6 million t KCl per year by 2009,
• has in place an integrated management system in conformity with international standards: ISO 9001 on quality, ISO 14001 on environment and OHSAS on health and safety,
• as a result of the auction held on 12 March 2008 the enterprise purchased a license to develop the Polovodovsky area of the Verkhnekamsk potassium and magnesium salt deposit with raw material reserves exceeding 3 billion t. In the future the construction of a new processing plant is planned.
